The new C Series mobile air compressor is a series of mobile air compressors designed by Atlas · Copco based on the understanding of customer usage and according to the actual needs of customers with excellent performance, reliability and durability, and low comprehensive cost。The series is equipped with Dongfeng Cummins' newly developed QSD series diesel engines for diesel Phase 3 emissions standards for non-road mobile machinery, coupled with Atlas Copco high-efficiency screw machine rotors。At the same time, the user-friendly structural design, robust chassis and high-performance chassis make the equipment enough to withstand any harsh conditions。
1, efficient screw rotor
Single-stage compression screw rotor developed by Atlas Copco's core patented technology, European design testing, quality assurance。Unique gear profile design, solid and reliable to ensure low energy consumption and high efficiency。
2. Strong power
The new Dongfeng Cummins QSB series diesel engine uses high pressure common rail technology (HPCR) with fuel injection pressure up to 1600bar。Leading in-cylinder combustion technology minimizes pollution from exhaust emissions while improving reliability, in line with (GB 20891-2014) "Emission Limits and Measurement Methods of Diesel Exhaust Pollutants for Non-road Mobile Machinery (China Stage III and IV)" standard。
3, heavy duty oil filter design
The standard heavy-duty fuel filter with water separator and dual combustion oil filter effectively reduce the damage of low-quality oil to the engine, further improve the performance of the engine and extend the service life。
4, double air filter design
The engine and screw host are equipped with an independent two-stage air filtration system to minimize the loss of the main components in harsh field construction conditions。
